Our doors and frames are factory-finished with a durable, baked-on coating in your choice of RAL color. The standard color is RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey. Furthermore, any RAL color is available upon request, giving you full flexibility to match your project specification. These hollow metal door finishes arrive pre-finished and ready to install.

Door & Frame Performance Specifications
All Imperial USA hollow metal doors and frames are designed to meet the requirements of ANSI/SDI A250.8-2017. All components, including doors, frames, and reinforcement, are manufactured from zinc-coated galvanized steel conforming to SDI 112-08 2023. The standard coating is A40/ZF120, with an optional A60/ZF180 for added corrosion resistance.
Every door and frame is cleaned and finished with one coat of factory baked-on, rust-inhibited primer in accordance with ANSI A250.10-2011. Moreover, the primer is available in oil-base or waterborne formulas based on your preference.
Our factory finish paint covers a wide range of popular standard colors along with custom-match options.
