Hollow Metal Doors
Commercial-grade steel doors available in 16 and 18 gauge galvanized steel with polystyrene core. All stocking doors are square edge, reversible, with lock seam edge construction. Seamless and interlocking welded construction ensures structural integrity and long-term performance.
Doors carry a 3-hour WHI fire rating, meeting UL 10C / NFPA 252 positive pressure requirements with Intertek certification. A40 galvanized steel is standard; stainless steel is available. All doors are prime painted with a baked-on resin finish.
Universal hardware reinforcements include 7-gauge steel hinge reinforcement (4-1/2″ or 4″), 14-gauge lock reinforcement, and closer reinforcement on both sides.

Hollow Metal Frames
16-gauge galvanized steel frames available in masonry and drywall configurations, KD (knock-down) or factory welded, with single or double rabbet options. Jamb depth ranges from 4″ to 14″, heights from 3′-0″ to 14′-0″, with 2″ / 4″ / 6″ header options and 2″ face.
Standard features include 7-gauge hinge reinforcement (4-1/2″), 14-gauge lock reinforcement, flush or embossed top channel, and 16-gauge inverted bottom channel with 3/4″ diameter weep holes.

Tempered glass vision kits with inside and outside frame options. Available in multiple sizes — visible lite area 2″ less than overall size. Secure and non-secure side configurations.

Lock seam edge construction, inverted bottom channels, adjustable screws, and reversible hinge shims for precise field fitment.
Welded frames
7-gauge hinge reinforcement (4-1/2″ or 4″), 14-gauge lock reinforcement, closer reinforcement on both sides, and blank bracket options (standard/heavy-duty).

Performance & Finishes
All doors and frames are prime painted with a factory-applied baked-on resin finish. An automatic powder coating and painting line offers colorful choices to meet your design requirements. Custom color matching is available upon request.
Fire Rating & Certification
3-hour fire rated steel doors and frames certified to NFPA 252 and UL 10C positive pressure requirements. Intertek WH US + C Mark for Category A (Doors) and Category C (Proprietary Frames). Temperature rise at 30 minutes exceeds 650°F. Smoke and draft control rating with listed gasket.
